What you're buying

A one-time payment unlocks the full DutyReady results and downloads in the browser you paid from. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Not customs advice

DutyReady suggests HS codes and checks your data against published EU rules. Suggestions can be wrong, and you are responsible for the information you declare. For high-value or unusual goods, confirm codes in the EU TARIC database or with a customs broker. Rules change; we update the tool, but we can't guarantee it reflects every change on the day it happens.

Refunds

If DutyReady doesn't work with your export or isn't useful, email [CONTACT EMAIL] within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
